The giveaway is now closed. Thanks for participating!

If you visit my blog because you are interested in the plant-based lifestyle, (if I were a betting woman) I bet you have heard of The China Study Cookbook by Leanne Campbell, PHD, the official companion to The China Study written by her dad, T. Colin Campbell, PHD.

The China Study, with 850,000 copies sold, has been hailed as one of the most important health and nutrition books ever published. It revealed that the traditional Western diet has led to our modern health crisis and the widespread growth of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Based on the most comprehensive nutrition study ever conducted, the book reveals that a plant-based diet leads to optimal health with the power to halt or reverse many diseases.
The China Study Cookbook takes these scientific findings and puts them to action. The China Study Cookbook features delicious, easily prepared plant-based recipes with no added fat and minimal sugar and salt that promote optimal health.

And I get to give one away!!

Over the next two weeks I am going to be trying out some of the recipes in the cookbook and by the end of Vegan Month of Food, I will have a review of the cookbook ready to share with you.  In that review, I will share the winner of the giveaway copy.

How do you enter?

It's simple:  leave a comment on this blog post.  You don't have to like, follow, join, post or tweet anything.  Just leave a comment.  Leaving an email so I can contact you if you win is helpful but if you do not, please make sure you check back with my blog on September the 30th to see if you won!!

  13. I'm a big fan of the Campbell family, in fact Thomas Campbell, M.D., will be speaking at a fundraiser I am working for, Asha Sanctuary's Country Jamboree, this coming Sat. Sept. 21st. The sanctuary is being founded as a refuge for abused farmed animals and also a center for humane education, e.g. cooking demos, classes on nutrition, etc. I would love to add this book to my library of vegan cookbooks.
